Ingredients
  

  • 1 dash Absinthe
  • 1 fl oz Gin
  • 1 fl oz Dry Vermouth ideally Lillet
  • 1 fl oz Lemon juice
  • 1 fl oz Cointreau

Equipment

  • Shaker

Method
 

  1. Half fill shaker with ice
  2. Add absinthe, rinse and drain
  3. Add remaining ingredients and shake well
  4. Strain into a chilled glass
