Ingredients
  

  • 2 fl oz Gin
  • Diet Indian Tonic Water
  • 1 slice Lemon

Method
 

  1. Pour Gin into a highball glass
  2. Add ice
  3. Fill with Tonic Water
  4. Garnish with lemon slice, after twisting into glass

  • 1/4 fl oz Absinthe
  • 1 1/4 fl oz Bourbon
  • 4 dashes Bitters
  • 1 wedge Lemon
  • Soda Water

Method
 

  1. In a large glass, swirl the Absinthe to coat
  2. Discard excess Absinthe
  3. Squeeze lemon and add to glass
  4. Add Bourbon and Bitters
  5. Fill 3/4 full with ice
  6. Top off with soda water

  • 1/4 fl oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • 1 twist Orange Peel

Method
 

  1. Combine ingredients in shaker over ice
  2. Stir
  3. Strain into Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice
  4. Squeeze peel over glass to release oils, place peel in glass

  2. Stir 20 seconds, or shake gently
  3. Strain into glass and garnish
