  • 40 cl Brennivin Ideally straight from the freezer
  • 20 cl Fino Sherry
  • 60 cl Indian Tonic Water

Equipment

  • 1 Shaker

Method
 

  1. Combine Brennivin and Sherry in a shaker with ice; shake vigorously
  2. Strain into a highball glass
  3. Add tonic water
