Pina Colada

Ingredients
  

  • 2 fl oz White Rum
  • 1 1/2 fl oz Cream of Coconut
  • 1 1/2 fl oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 fl oz Lime juice

Equipment

  • Shaker

Method
 

  1. Add everything to the shaker and about 1/2 fill with ice
  2. Shake very vigorously
  3. Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed ice
  4. Garnish with Pineapple wedge
