Gin Gin Mule

Ingredients
  

  • 8 leaves Mint
  • 3/4 fl oz Lime juice
  • 1 fl oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 fl oz Gin
  • Ginger Beer

Equipment

  • Shaker

Method
 

  1. Muddle mint leaves in the shaker with Lime juice and simple syrup
  2. Add Gin and fill with ice
  3. Shake well
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
  5. Top off with Ginger Beer
